This plugin can not do the most simple woocommerce basics.If you plan to work in the drag & drop editor you will only have some basic newsletter elements:And next:If you plan to add a product block to this composer: its not possible.Its only possible if you work in the basic gutenberg editor.Also support confirmed this issue for free and paid version:You are correct — FluentCRM cannot generate a visual WooCommerce product carousel inside emails like some email builder products do. So, if you are a store owner -> please dont use this plugin, because you are simply limited to gutenberg editor if you wanna show product blocks. In the drag and drop editor (thirdparty integration) the product block is not present.And the next massive problem of the drag and drop editor is: you only have a button, divider, heading, text, image, menu and a html element. Thats all. This is so limited and will limit you in your newsletter marketing. Or you need to work with the basic gutenberg editor.

Flexibility for marketing and sales and excellent service!
I have been using the Fluent system for 5 years and I am very satisfied! The system is flexible and allows me to track lead movements, there is integration with additional plugins that are very important to my field (digital courses) and most importantly, there is excellent support and service for any difficulty! I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!
Fluent CRM is the tool we were seeking
I bet I’ve downloaded/installed/signed up for over 200 CRMs over the past few years. Maybe more. One of the things that bothers me is the “success tax” that CRM vendors enforce on users. (The more contacts we integrate… the more people with whom we engage, the more the vendor charges us.) For this reason, I’ve been searching for a CRM that *doesn’t* charge by the contact. The second thing that bothers me is the *user* tax. (The more team members we add, the more it costs – usually per month. Constantly Incessantly.) The third thing that bothers me is – a CRM that has no tagging, or worse yet, no effective list-making. The fourth thing that is unthinkable is a CRM that won’t integrate with a mailing service so I can email contacts for little cost. The fifth and final thing that bothers me is a CRM that just sits there and spins (hourglassing). A CRM should be fast. Strangely enough, Fluent CRM — built on the WordPress platform of all things — solves all 5 of my pain points! They charge a flat fee, without regard of contacts or users. I can tag, build lists, log interactions, add unlimited custom fields — and guess what: It easily integrates with emailing services and — just *works.* And it does all this in *fast* speed. Seriously. How can this be? How does Fluent do this – and they do all this in WordPress, which means I can design, integrate, and collaborate. Fluent CRM changed my life. Seriously. It was the tool for which I was searching. Highly recommended.

Great and affordable CRM solution that can be tailored to your needs
We switched from Monday.com to FluentCRM + FluentBoards and we’re extremely happy with the switch. The pricing models of most of the alternative solutions tend to add up to 500 EUR and more per year whereas FluentCRM together with FluentBoards are way more affordable. Additionally, in the age of AI, it’s never been easier to have the system grow with your changing needs. We are now able to capture the data of folks that sent us a regular e-mail with the help of an MCP plugin -> the e-mail chain will get read out, a summary will be put together and this ends up in FluentCRM. We connected our CRM system to our bookkeeping solution (it also has an API) and that then allowed Claude Code to give us a list of our most important clients so we knew who to ask whether they are interested in new business. It’s all been a game changer for us and as I mentioned initially, much more affordable than comparable solutions. The system isn’t perfect, but if you aren’t afraid to write your own code here and there – or have it written by AI – you can easily tailor it to your specific needs.

In my astro.js static site SRM plugin using as newsletter addition. Site-blog has about 100 subscribers. More then enough in my issue.
very buggy
It is gut plugin but: I find it really unfair not to see unsubscribed in free version. Also is very buggy, I have several with campagnies, they lost saved forms or even save at all new one. I have to trick with workflows or so 🙁 Now I have suddenly no pictures in postnotifications… Plugin name so long that it destroys completely overview of plugins design.

Newsletter Tool no CRM at all
I had a lot of trouble with Email and smpt – tried different plugins, fluent did not work. So after fixing this i found out i have no crm functionality, just Email Newsletter… and confusion about integrations.
