The UserWay plugin does what it’s supposed to do – it improves accessibility on your website. For basic use cases and users looking for a quick solution without technical hassle, it works just fine. However – and it’s a big however – the plugin persistently displays a large banner in the WordPress admin area, with no option to permanently dismiss it. There’s no “don’t show again” button, which in 2025 feels like a UX crime. If I’m already using your tool, you don’t need to constantly remind me it exists. I know. I installed it. If you’re looking for a cleaner experience without in-your-face admin ads and unnecessary distractions, you might want to consider alternative plugins or handle accessibility manually. ✔️ Performs its basic function well❌ No way to remove the admin banner❌ Pushy self-promotion inside the dashboard

The plugin might be wonderful but, given that you *have* to subscribe and give them all your personal data in order to even test the plugin, it’s a hard pass from me.

We were looking for an accessibility solution for our corporate website, with a good look&feel for smartphones and all kind of devices, easy to install and use, and reasonable price, to improve the web user experience. UserWay has overexceeded our expectations, the installation and configutaion has been really simple and the support team completely disposed, answering inmediately any question.
