A complete abomination of a plugin, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Utter waste of time, does not sync / import products to the tik-tok shop. Countless steps to go through the set-up wizard with no explanations eg I realised / guessed you need to wait for some steps to be approved before you can proceed to the next step, and this can take 24 hours or more, but there is nothing at all telling you this, it only gives errors if you try to proceed to the next step.

After updating to the newest version, 1.3.3, the “settings” for the plugin itself are GONE. We cant even access our shop!

I originally left a one star review because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Their support contacted me directly fixed and everything in the plug-in. Performance is great and the support is fantastic.

My country, Tanzania is not listed in their form during signing… Even my country currency is not included… So advertising to people then you don’t allow them to advertise it is disgusting

After setting up the account, and going through all the checks, we uploaded a small amount to the ads account, and the following days the woocommerce store forgot the connection, and beacuse they don’t ask for an email at the registration, you end up loosing the account. This is a bug, a business email should be the first to ask when you creat an account.
