Who Should Use This?

Best for

This plugin suits WooCommerce store owners who need dependable, professional invoicing and packing slip generation with minimal setup friction. It's especially well-suited to small businesses and B2B sellers who value strong, responsive support and appreciate a capable free tier before considering premium add-ons.

Not ideal for

Store owners running outdated versions should be cautious, given the plugin's history of security vulnerabilities, some of which were high severity (SSRF, SQL injection). Users must stay diligent about updates. Those needing highly bespoke, out-of-the-box templates without any developer involvement may also find customization occasionally limited.

Pricing & Value

Free version includes

The free version provides core invoice and packing slip generation, automatic PDF attachment to order emails, and basic template customization — enough for many small businesses to operate without ever upgrading, as several reviewers confirm.

Pro version (59 - 139 EUR / year)

Premium extensions add features like custom template packs, additional document types, advanced styling options, and expanded integrations. Reviewers mention purchasing premium template packs partly for added functionality and partly to support ongoing development, though no lifetime license option is currently offered.

Final Verdict

This plugin enjoys an exceptional reputation, backed by nearly 1,900 overwhelmingly positive reviews and praise for both usability and customer support spanning over a decade of use. Its free tier is genuinely capable, and premium options extend functionality further for businesses with more complex invoicing needs.

The main caution is security: with 12 historical vulnerabilities, including some rated high severity, users must keep the plugin updated diligently. Given the strong support reputation, active maintenance, and consistent patching history, this remains a solid choice for most WooCommerce stores, provided updates are applied promptly.
