Comprobé que había un error en mi cuenta con Templately pues tenía un suscripción de 1 año y se encontraba cancelada antes de su vencimiento. Contacté a través el chat y una vez que comprobaron mi suscripción fue reactivada y lo resolvieron en un instante. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención.I discovered an error with my Templately account; I had a one-year subscription that was canceled before it expired. I contacted them via chat, and once they verified my subscription, it was reactivated and resolved immediately. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Excellent Support & Quick Resolution
I had an issue with one of their full site templates, the border glow on the buttons was not working. Contacted their live support, and they helped me resolve the issue. I was using a local install of wordpress for development, the template worked on their live site they tested on, and without asking them to, they installed it on a local site and saw they also experienced the issue, they then located the issue and told me how to fix it. was a really simple fix, which I wouldn’t have found on my own. They went above and beyond! thank you!
