For example, you can sell 1.5 pizzas or a quarter of a pizza, with the price set for one piece. Similarly, you can sell 1.5 liters of liquids like kerosene or olive oil, with the price based on one liter. Bulk materials can also be sold in fractional quantities, such as 0.1 grams at a price quoted for one gram.
