Five Stars – Exceptional, Unmatched Support Team
Although new plugins and apps are fantastic, they always come with a learning curve. Like most people, you think you’ve got it all figured out right away, but it takes time to fine-tune and tweak the settings to get your exact intended outcome. As someone who has been using E-Cab Taxi Booking for almost two years, I can tell you firsthand that their support team has never missed a beat. Even when I wasn’t entirely sure how to phrase my own questions, they knew exactly how to help. Working across different time zones hasn’t been an issue at all—their hands-on support consistently guided me, step-by-step, to resolve every issue. In the WordPress world, so much can go wrong—from plugin conflicts to security threats and bot attacks that can jeopardize your site and app. But through it all, I have never encountered a single problem that E-Cab’s team couldn’t fix. I sometimes wish I had their level of expertise so I wouldn’t have to bother them as often, but thanks to their patience and guidance, I can now run our booking platform like a total pro. This review is a heartfelt thank you to the entire E-Cab team for keeping our ride service up, running, and reliable 24/7. Unusable Plugin Backed by Nonexistent Support
Do not trust the 5-star reviews on this plugin—they are highly questionable at best. I spent THREE WEEKS trying to get this plugin working for a client, and the entire experience was a complete nightmare. Support is handled through a helpdesk with what appears to be a single developer, and there is no way to speak with anyone directly. Every issue—no matter how critical—requires at least a 24-hour turnaround. To make matters worse, when I first reached out, the system lost all of my messages, setting me back three full days immediately. In the middle of troubleshooting multiple ongoing issues, support went completely silent for FIVE DAYS due to the developer being unavailable. That kind of gap is unacceptable when you’re actively trying to launch functionality on a live site. From a technical standpoint, the plugin is deeply flawed. The Google Maps API implementation is deprecated. After installing it, my server began behaving erratically. Core features simply do not work as advertised—service areas could not be configured reliably, rates would not display correctly, and the booking widget consistently accepted rides outside of defined boundaries regardless of restrictions. After weeks of wasted time, we had no choice but to remove it entirely because it was fundamentally non-functional. This was one of the worst plugin experiences I’ve had. Thankfully, my client was understanding—but that doesn’t excuse the product. Avoid this plugin unless you enjoy significant delays, broken functionality, and unreliable support.

price calculation according to map distance is wrong
For example, I’ve set the kilometer price to ₹12. However, in some locations, it displays a higher price. In some locations, it displays a lower price, while in some locations, it displays the correct price. So, the random issue, and this problem isn’t solved.
