Works perfectly
Love this plugin and the support is stellar. Their latest version even parses nonstandard length fee SKUs from the USPS API, don't know any other plugin that does that, and for us that's a must have. Great plugin and great support!
Excellent customer service
Customer service 10/10. We had a packing configuration issue that Piotrek worked through with us, narrowed down, and found the answer. Many thanks for his patience and clarity with all my questions!

Excellent Support & Reliable Plugin
I had an excellent experience with the USPS Live Rates PRO plugin and, more importantly, with their support team. I encountered a shipping issue that I couldn’t resolve on my own for days, but their team quickly identified the root cause and provided a clear and effective solution. The support was fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The plugin itself works reliably and offers the flexibility I needed for my WooCommerce store, especially for handling multiple international shipping zones. I’m very happy with my decision to upgrade to the PRO version—it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
Real USPS rates at checkout, no guesswork
This plugin shows customers actual USPS prices in the cart and at checkout. The rates come straight from USPS, based on cart weight and destination. Setup was quick: enter your USPS API credentials, pick your services and you're done. What I like: Live rates for domestic and international shipping, including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. You choose which services show, or let it show only what's available for the customer's address. A fallback rate if USPS doesn't return a price, so checkout never gets stuck. Free shipping over a set amount, built in. It works with the current USPS API, so it won't break when USPS retires its older system. A debug mode for when something looks off. If you ship with USPS, this is an easy pick.
