Great Plugin and Amazing Support From Piotrek Bodera
I was experiencing an issue where the shipping cost was not being calculated correctly. I contacted their support team through the form on their website, and their support agent, Piotrek Bodera, reached out to me via email. He was extremely kind and professional. He answered all my queries and successfully resolved my shipping issue. The problem was that I had enabled the insurance checkbox for international shipping, which was causing an API error. USPS does not allow that insurance option for international shipments, so the API returned an error: “One or more extra services are not available for international pieces in this price group.” After disabling the insurance option, everything started working perfectly. Thanks to Piotrek Bodera! Their support is truly top-notch.
