What It Does

Vimeotheque helps you bring Vimeo into WordPress the right way. Import videos as posts, auto-sync collections, and display beautiful, responsive players and playlists. It is perfect for membership sites, portfolios, online courses, and video libraries.

Highlights include importing and syncing single videos or bulk from channels, showcases, groups, portfolios, and more. It creates complete WordPress posts with a dedicated vimeo-video post type. You can add single videos or build playlists using Gutenberg blocks or shortcodes.

The plugin is responsive and fast, using the latest Vimeo HTML5 player with lazy-load options. It works cleanly with Elementor layouts, allowing you to drop playlists and single embeds into any section or column. You can also enable the plugin’s template system for full design control.

Use cases include embedding lessons for membership sites, auto-syncing Vimeo showcases for portfolios, and importing videos for blogs and magazines. The PRO version adds features like automatic bulk imports, private video imports, and priority support.
