We've been using Masteriyo LMS to build our online learning platform, and I'm genuinely impressed with what it delivers. The setup was straightforward. I was able to get from registration to publishing courses without any friction. The interface is clean and intuitive—nothing feels overly complicated or hidden. We use it for course management, student tracking, learning progress, and community features. Everything we needed is built in without requiring additional plugins. Pricing-wise, we looked at RunDash and MyTutor before choosing Masteriyo. For the functionality you get, the pricing is really reasonable. That was a key factor in our decision. We've been using Masteriyo LMS to deliver our online business courses, and the overall experience has been excellent. The interface is clean, easy to use, and course creation is much faster compared to other LMS plugins we've tried. During our Razorpay payment integration, we encountered a technical issue where payment verification occasionally failed after successful payment capture. The Masteriyo support team took the issue seriously, escalated it to their development team, identified the root cause, and provided us with a patched version very quickly. After testing multiple live transactions, the issue was resolved successfully. We especially appreciate their responsive support, willingness to investigate deeply, and commitment to including the fix in an upcoming official release. Masteriyo has been a great choice for our online learning platform, and we're looking forward to future updates. Highly recommended!

Frustrating experience – Settings don’t save and key features are broken
I am highly disappointed with the Masteriyo plugin. It has caused nothing but frustration. Major settings refuse to stick, I configure everything exactly how I need it, but the moment the page refreshes, it resets as if I did nothing at all. To make matters worse, the email verification feature completely fails to work. While the certificate feature technically works, the design is incredibly ugly and customizing it to look even remotely professional is a massive, difficult headache. This plugin is simply not reliable for a live site. I cannot recommend it.
