What It Does

This plugin provides a simple shortcode to include Yoast SEO's breadcrumb function throughout your WordPress website. To use this shortcode, you must install and activate the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin and enable the breadcrumb option.

With this shortcode, you can manually insert Yoast's excellent breadcrumb feature into every post, page, or even custom post types. If your theme supports it, you can also use this shortcode in your widget areas with the Text widget.

The shortcode is: [yoast-breadcrumb]. There are two parameters you can set for this shortcode:

before - The code that your breadcrumb should be prefixed with. Default value: <div class="breadcrumb" itemprop="breadcrumb">
after - The code that should be added at the end of your breadcrumb. Default value: </div>

You can read more information about Yoast's breadcrumb function on their official site.
