What It Does

This lightweight plugin maps domains to specific URIs in your blog or website. It allows you to add as many mappings as you want, for example, for landing pages. Just let the domains point to your WordPress installation and decide which URI the plugin should map them to.

The main purpose of the plugin is to have specific domains show the content of specific pages from a larger website. This is especially needed for marketing and SEO purposes. With the plugin, you can use an additional domain to point to your site's main URL.

It is not a redirection; instead, the additional domain will display the content from the specified page. The additional domain will be visible in the browser's address bar. The plugin supports various post types and changes hyperlink destinations within your website.

Setting up the plugin requires additional steps in configuring your domains and hosting environment. If you are not familiar with these settings, it is recommended to set up the plugin in a testing environment first. For troubleshooting, refer to the installation tab, FAQ, and support threads.

FAQ

So far we only know WP Fastest Cache to work out of the box. Also W3 Total Cache is able to work with our plugin, but it requires some settings:
* In “General Settings” from W3TC, you can enable the page cache
* In “Page Cache” W3TC, you need no enable the “Cache alias hostnames” checkbox and leave the “Additional home URLs” field empty!

For W3 Total Cache, keep in mind that CSS/JS combine and minify will only work for pages of your main domain but not for mapped pages. We recommend WP Fastest Cache 😉
