Actually, this gallery has some nice ideas. And some of the modules look quite nice too. However, these modules either seem to come from different developers or have been put together without any concept at all. For example, each module has different social media pages. Unfortunately, many of the links are not correct. If you click on Twitter, you just get an error message because the URL in the code is wrong. As for errors in general, the gallery is riddled with errors. And they are different in every module. Sometimes you can’t even download the images properly, even though they are offered, because an incorrect link is generated here too. And the support… Well, there is no support. The developer hasn’t contacted us in the forum for a long time. And he doesn’t respond to emails either (as many others have already written). I can only recommend: Hands off.

Free Or Paid, This Plugin ROCKS
I’ve used the free version for several years. No complaints. Which is why I bought a couple of licenses. It works great for my portfolio site, and I’m looking forward to expanding its use on another site. It’s full-featured and I’ve had nothing but stable operation. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but it’s totally worth it. I’m looking forward to learning all the features available in the full license version.

Difficult plugin
The plugin is difficult to set up, and the bad thing is that there is no technical support. I opened a topic on the forum, sent an email to their page, but no response. I got the pro version but can’t figure it out, and the technicians are nowhere to be found.

Free version is useless
I installed it to create an album gallery similar to what they show in their demo(AlbumsGrid). I configured the plugin, created the albums and then when I went to create the gallery I figured out that almost all of the options are premium. I got very disappointed because they never mentioned in the plugin page that showcased features are available only on the premium version and they wasted few hours of my time. If you think this is a misunderstanding, please let me know and I can change my rating.

Hello,In 2020 I bought a Phantom Pro version Unfortunately, it has been downgraded to the old version Phantom Old, as it will no longer accept my license key. I have tried to write to those who issued the invoice and also directly by email, but I have not received any reply. This means that I now have a website where my 500 photos look like real crap, and the many hundreds of hours I have spent sorting and creating categories for my photos have almost been lost and I have to start over, which really don’t impress me! I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing problems at the moment, but it seems someone has abandoned the sinking ship. Does anyone have any good advice? Cheers Bo Joachim
