I’m using this plugin to all my websites. I love it.
Pro Version Has Been Abandoned – No Support and Potential Security Issues
This has been a great plugin but it looks like the latest pro version has been abandoned. The free version does not offer the features of the pro version but the free version was updated recently 2.2.0 – 18/06/2026 due to a major security issue. The pro version has not been updated since 2.0.0 – 12/04/2025. The owners website support form is broken, they are not responding on the forum here and have not responded to emails sent to the email address he tells you to contact on the support forum. So we are left without an answer to whether the plugin we paid extra for liftetime support is actually secure. We are forced to look at other options or try and patch ourselves. This is a shame as we are very happy with the functionality of the plugin and don’t want to replace it. It is very dissapointing when developers do this, we will not be buying plugins from them again ever, they are on the naughty list now unless something changes quickly.
Plugin updated again
Update: The developer contacted me and they have updated the plugin at last. I am still testing the new version with a view to moving to the block checkout but my complaint is now resolved, so I have changed the rating to reflect how useful this plugin is to my site. My previous review: Pro version is dead in the water and doesn’t work with block checkout. The non-Pro version does, supposedly, but if you need (and paid for) the Pro features the developers completely ignore you.
Cautious but Hopeful
This plugin is good and does the job very well and has done for a while. The pro version is worth buying.However, it had a security issue that was patched 2 months ago on the free version but only got patched today on the pro version. I initially wrote a review that was responded to and flagged as spam, then removed. The security update came shortly after this review. The contact form was not working on the website, I contacted the developer by email (at the email address he posted on the forum) and I posted in the support thread. I did not receive a response for weeks and the pro version was left unpatched and unsecure until I left the reported negative review. However, the problems have been fixed, the developer did actually leave a good response saying that they are active, updating and have fixed the contact issues (the form on the website is now working and an email address has been added). The plugin itself is great so I am cautious but hopeful that the developer will stick to his word and handle support enquiries and security updates responsibly in the future as I do not want to switch, I like it and wish them well.

Paid support is not responding
We purchased the paid Pro version of the plugin a month ago. Unfortunately, support is not responding to our emails or our messages here in the support forum. Therefore, we are unable to use the plugin to its full extent.
works good on latest woo 10.0.0.4
I tried 3-4 plugins before this one, none of them works, but this plugins works good on my site, with “store” theme and woo 10.0.0.4. thanks!

Paid support is not responding
We purchased the paid Pro version of the plugin a month ago. Unfortunately, support is not responding to our emails or our messages here in the support forum. Therefore, we are unable to use the plugin to its full extent.
Developer does not respond for refund
I have tried contacting the developer through their website. They claim:100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE However, they do not reply to my emails, where I am requesting a refund. I wanted to test the pro version of my site, but there were serious issues. To be fair, the issues were due to my set-up and not inherently the plugin’s. However, I believe they should honour their claims. They do not. BEWARE!!!
