A clear upgrade for a true crowdfunding model
Charitable’s peer-to-peer features allow us to run a true crowdfunding model. Supporters can create and manage their own fundraising campaigns, which is central to our website model. Having used another donation plugin for 4 years, Charitable has proven to be a clear upgrade for our organization. The combination of recurring payments, peer-to-peer campaign tools, solid marketing integrations, and automated donor communications has made fundraising more effective. If you’re looking for a more capable and modern donation platform on WordPress, we highly recommend giving Charitable a try.
A Must have Feature Packed Donation Plugin Charitable WP
Charitable WP may be the most feature-packed plugin I have used, after searching the internet for a donation plug in for our new WordPress website, Charitable WP won hands down in my opinion, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding support.David and the support team went above and beyond to help us get the plugin looking and working exactly the way we wanted. They even provided an early upgrade to ensure compatibility with Divi 5, which was incredibly helpful. As a brand-new Marine Rescue Supporters Association, we’re still waiting for our banking details to be finalised before fully launching our new donation system on our new website. We already have a number of people eager to support us and use our Charitable donation page. The level of customer service we’ve received has been fantastic, and that’s worth far more than any extra feature. We can’t wait to get everything live and start using Charitable to support our fundraising efforts. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a great feature packed plugin and valued responsive, dedicated support team. Hendo – Promotions MRSGC
Support was surberb
I experienced a serious issue while evaluating Charitable (Free version). Raised a support request and was amazed by the response. Very proactive. The issue took a lot of effort on their part to diagnose and fix. Turned out to be an unfortunate interaction with another installed plugin. A great first impression. Would highly recommend these people.
Outstanding, hands-on support during a complex migration
I recently migrated from GiveWP to Charitable after using GiveWP for 9 years and thousands of donations, which was a significant project for my site. I put off migrating due to just how time consuming I felt it would be. I saw Charitable was offering a complimentary migration as part of their plans so I decided to give it a try as I’ve had good past experiences with the Awesome Motive family of plugins. I cannot say enough good things about the support team, specifically David. He didn’t just point me to documentation; they actively troubleshooted complex issues with my caching, Stripe webhooks, and donation form display, even providing beta builds solving plugin issues discovered during my migration and custom snippets to get everything working perfectly. If you are looking for a donation plugin that is backed by a truly helpful, responsive, and thorough support team, Charitable is the one. They made a daunting migration process completely manageable.
