Terrible and Disappointing Support Experience & Misleading Claims
Terrible pre-sales support – received dismissive, unprofessional 2-line responses to detailed technical questions. Support became defensive when pressed for clarification and provided unclear answers that push you to purchase blindly. Required multiple back-and-forth exchanges just to get basic functionality information. Their “Customer Support is Our First Priority” claim is completely misleading. Combined with their no refund policy, this poor pre-sales support becomes even more problematic – you’re expected to buy without proper information then stuck with your purchase. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for professional event management solutions.Thankfully avoided purchase due to terrible pre-sales experience

Great support
The support team was responsive and helpful in clarifying our questions, guiding us through the plugin’s features with professionalism. The plugin itself is well-built, offering a smooth registration and ticketing process with QR code functionality that worked perfectly for our event needs.
On the cusp of the new virtual approach
When I first started using this plugin it was extremely buggy, but I always managed to work with the developers to get it sorted out, and they were helpful when it came to customisation. Of late though, every update brings more bugs, and there are so many bugs now that effectively the plugin is killing learnthebirds.com, my site. The team is now unresponsive, they even asked me to prove I have a paid subscription even though that is on their own site, so I had to submit a screenshot of their own site. There has been no response for at least two week on a fatal issue. I wonder if their company is even still in business. I absolutely no longer recommend this plugin. It killed my education project dead.

I had some issues with my setup (there are a lot of options!) but the online support was quick, knowledgeable and found the cause of my problems. They ensured I could get past it and even offered to help with the workaround if I couldnt do it myself.The software itself is extremely powerful and does exactly what I want it to do with many payment integrations and plugins.

Brilliant plugin with great support 👍
We’ve been using it for years without any issues. There were some major display errors after the last update, but the excellent and friendly support team helped out: my own customized WP Event Manager template! After the necessary correction everything works fine again. Thanks!

Bad support
Even on a new WordPress installation with everything disabled except the core extension, I still receive the following error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function display_event_ticket_option() Contacting support did not resolve the issue.

Bad support

Serious issues and no resolution
This plugin did not work properly on our site and ended up crashing it. We also ran into repeated issues with the functionality itself. Parts of the product were not working as expected, and we were unable to get it running reliably. The support process was confusing. We received contradictory messages, our original ticket appeared to be replaced, and our latest message was not answered while we were warned that the ticket could be closed for inactivity. Based on our experience, this plugin was not reliable enough for use on a live business website.
Terrible development practices
This plugin is absolutely not recommended – the documentation isn't great, and the development process even worse – the devs recently pushed an update that broke many many installations (critical error, sites completely down), because they changed a huge number of function names that user templates relied on – WITHOUT ANY MENTION IN THE CHANGELOG that this was a breaking change.
